A rainy morning learning photography in Cobham
What better way to spend a rainy morning than sat in a cosy craft studio learning a new skill? That’s exactly what these 9 lovely parents did on Saturday morning at my my Photography for Parents workshop at The Medicine Garden in Cobham.
Despite the non-stop rain, we managed to get outside under the sails in the garden to practice a bit of shooting. The feedback from the group was great, and they all seemed very inspired to get shooting that weekend. Here was a lovely email I got from one of the students after the workshop:
“Wow thanks so much for the workshop today – brilliant, I had so much fun – you are such an inspiration & I love your passion!!! I think I could become very addicted to photography!!”
I absolutely love teaching people to ‘see the light’ and showing them exactly what their cameras are capable of. Hopefully today they’ll be able to practice a few more of the techniques I taught, now the sun has actually made an appearance!
One space has just become available on my next Photography for Parents workshop on Friday 8th June, click here to book. And there are just 3 spaces left on my July workshop on Saturday 7th. That is my last workshop before September so book quickly if you want to learn to take great photos of your kids over the summer!
And take a look at my family photography blog to see a few pics I took of my own kids over the weekend.
