I know when you’ve just had a baby, one of the last things you feel like doing is having your photo taken. You’re still carrying the baby weight, haven’t had a full nights sleep for months and haven’t had a chance to wash your hair for days. I understand, I remember those days well!

Please spend 11 minutes watching this video where I show you a photo that I had taken with my baby that I first hated then came to love. Then I share with you 3 tips for looking great in your photos (including my secret tip for avoiding the dreaded double chin in your photos!)

In the video I mention some links to articles I would love you to read which demonstrate the importance of being in your family photos. Here is one from Huffington Post that was extremely popular and went viral, The Mom stays in the Picture.  And this article is fantastic too So you’re feeling too fat to be photographed… I love the quote ‘life doesn’t wait for you to get thin enough to capture it”.

I hope you enjoyed my video and found the tips useful. I really do hope it has inspired you to get in the photos with your baby and to always be included in your family photos.
